You wrote a thoughtful post. Of course, any and all publicity brought to shine on the ineffectiveness of the Regulators is worthy.

I've had past experience with our SEC, and formal replies from your OSC which were pretty much Public Relations blah blah. They never amounted to anything.

Let's hope that the little guy wins with PROBE. We can all certainly point out nasty trades, and hope the officials wake up.
