Well stated. I support everyone's right to express themselves and I'm a good listener. One night I had two phone calls, back to back, one from my 94 year old mother on Salt Spring followed by another from my 94 year old second cousin in west Van which combined, almost lasted three hours. Working on your patience is good, respecting one's right to be heard and being an interested listener is enriching to the speaker.
