"As recently as 2006, Consolidated was an unheralded junior explorer sporting an insignificant market capitalization of $6-million. But Cliffs bought it for a staggering $4.9-billion." In Labrador.
It would appear Cliffs is quite happy doing business in business friendly areas.
Let me think now, what is it that we have up north causing more problems than Labrador has. Can`t be the mineral deposits,Probe`s already literally a proven "gold" mine just begging for development.
It all happened so relatively fast in Labrador, kind of makes your head spin.
I`m looking for any "troubles" Cliffs may have ecncountered in Labrador like we`ve encountered at Probe and other ROF mines in Northern Ontario, but i can`t seem to find any.Hmmmm
