Excellent expanded perspective with your contribution today. It's amazing the amount of time you present to us with your creative and brilliant analytical abilities, thank you. I always look forward to your sharing your thought process with the group. I have a fearless friend in Long Island who just doubled up on all of his depressed PM shares and who has an excellent track record of producing long term profits. We both happen to be ex-professional bond traders who fell in love with the natural resource companies. When you have handled multi-million dollar bond trades in fast markets this kind of volatility really doesn't un-nerve us much as long as we keep an attentive eye on the motives of the other players.

On a sidenote, The Gold/XAU ratio is nearly at the 10 level which means gold in value is worth ten times that of the XAU index. Years ago I did an exhaustive study on what chart levels have the most influence to support and resist approaching prices and the winner was the 1-10-100-1000 and 10,000 category. Here's hoping the worst is over. In second place was the 5-50-500 and 5000 category. Just look at how many years it took the Dow Jones Industrial Average in getting past the 1000 mark and most recently, silver was temporarily stopped over the short term and dead-in-its tracks at the $50 level.

I remember the silver run-up well as we were in Cabo and talking about it frequently in our favorite restaurant with the part owner, Joe, from Mexico City. When silver crashed they all asked, what to do as they all held some amounts of Libertad's? The next morning we cashed out of our stack of Canadian dollars into Pesos and brought a large canvas bag to Hugo Salinas Prices's Electra store which also has a bank inside and turned in the Pesos for one ounce silver Libertad's at about $33 each.

I would never buy silver at $50 and I would never sell PM shares at the Gold/XAU 10 ratio level but more than likely will shed some PM shares in the 3 to 4 or 5 area somewhere down the road but NEVER here.
