Paschi,

On re-reading my reply to you I believe I could be a little clearer. If you google the geological term "SYNCLINE" you will see photoes under 'Images for syncline' The first one shows a great example of a syncline. Now look closely and you will note individual beds can be traced down one side and back up the other. Further, substitute the BLH, described as a meta-conglomerate in the slot where a bed can be traced. From this point you hopefully will get a mental image regarding the extent of the BLH. I am not saying it is mineralized all the way to the bottom of the syncline and back up the other side, only that there is lots of formation to investigate.

One further point, individual beds can be traced because they were once flat lying sedimentary rock, i.e. sandstone, shale, conglomerate that were buried deeply in the earth and compressed making the syncline and the reverse, the anticline. More examples can be observed on the Images of syncline and as well as various examples of bedrock faults. Hope this helps, if not send ?? in a PM.
