We believe there is an offer on the table from Cliff for the BC deposit. I ‘m not certain but my gut feeling tells me that the structure of the PP was devised because we have an offer for BC. Can Cliff participate in the PP or are they excluded because of the offer? Have they signed a non-disclosure with PRB that includes certain restrictions?

The PP was devised in this fashion for a reason. Dave is holding his ground on the Cliff deal and I don’t think he is about to sell the farm to get in bead with BMO. They have been working on this for many months. It looks odd because it’s what Dave and the board believe is best for the company under the circumstances.
