i agree that the pp does send a message to the market that a near term cliffs deal is not going to happen. if the ontario budget tomorrow includes funding for a railway to the rof then our dependence on cliffs diminishes. we need cliffs because there is no way probe is going to refine the chromite themselves. a railway to timmins or sudbury means we can sell the chromite to whoever we want. i knew 6 months ago when the deal happened with noront that probe was shifting to become a gold company. now this chromite loose end needs to be tied up and we can really lift off. right now i feel the uncertainty with the rof property is holding us down.
