I suspect that the share price drop also has something to do with B.C.Don't forget that a lot of people bought in PRB because of expectation of cashing in on the buy out by CLF.The financing with BMO seems to send out a message that a deal is not forth coming in the near future and therefore the subsequent selloff by those impatient investors.Well,they do what they have to do.
