here's a proposal - split into 2 entities - Probe Chromite and Probe Gold at 1 for 2 - this would double the price of those companies and halve the shares - numerous advantages - this protects Probe shareholders from an opportunistic takeover of the entire entity by Cliffs - any takeover bid would also drive up the price of Probe Chromite, since there would only be a 20M share float.
