I recognize your point as valid, but I would like to submit to you that seperate identifiable entities would more easily attract the buyer who is interested in that specific set of assets and drive that SP higher without depending on, or affecting the other. Currently any potential buyers have to deal with the secondary concern of having to deal with the other asset and how it factors into the equation.

I would also like to ask you to expand on your statement that it would create an opportunistic situation (negative for PRB I assume). I am interested in your train of thought. Thanks for your feedback...much appreciated.
