I agree res. The only way this might work is KWG bidding for the PRB assets with the backing of a third party, or a concurrent bid by a third party for both KWG and PRB's chrome assets. Would make sense for a third party trying to enter the chromite game to make an attempt to pick up more than just PRB's assets.

PRB's property, in my opinion, is essential for any player (CLF or otherwise) to lock up the "chrome game" in the ROF and will fetch a premium.
