Cliffs offer to KWG worked out to $12.50 / tonne
Why would they offer less when Palmer can bring a potential deal without NOT for about the same dollar figure as they would have paid for KWG .... with added benifit... more Chromite ore, high ground, outcrop and no boundry implications that not owning PRBs ground would create.
