At least Probe has 50% of something good now.Probe also has the first 2 years in which to find something first before Noront gets it's turn to go aggressively as they have shown to be.

The Probe share holders should be happy with this deal as Noronts agressiveness will be forced onto Probe which is a good thing as that is a big part of being a good exploration company.
