Donypee, since writing my, Again confused, and reflecting on this news release I can now see how this can be positive for Probe. I agree with what you say. I guess we can look at it this way. Palmer has been concerned over the legality of these claims and NOT's position. Palmer did not want to drill until this was settled as a good hit would make the fight for the claims expensive. Maybe just maybe I will have to let up on my negative feelings about Palmers inaction. I will wait and see.
