You open an interesting idea here. I wonder if Noront is looking at using the outcrop as an entry point to their Eagle 1...

If that were the case, they may be looking at a Windfall type JV. If that is the way they are going, then perhaps they are talking about a deal in which NOT moves their drilling rigs to MW to punch a lot of holes, and so PRB, being receptive to this idea, has moved onto the Victory project.
