Improved communication is needed, no doubt about that!

Back in Feb-March I raised this very concern. But then the Mantis farce happened. Going forward it would be helpful to have regular periodic progress reports. Doing so will steady the SP if not preventing the erratic mini panics we are seeing in SP action of late.
