At first glance I was concerned about some insider selling.... as usual using Canadian Insider only give a 10 pixels of the megapixel protrait .

One should always go to SEDI for the complete picture...

As of Saturday the insider positions are as such.

Hodge 2,722,800 shares and 450,000 options

Palmer 750,000 shares and 500,000 options

Peterson 2,225,000 shares and 750,000 options

Reid 530,000 shares and 1,227,000 options

Total 6,227,800 shares and 2,750,000 options

or approximately 30% of the fully diluted issued and outstanding .

This is a vote of confidence in spite of the insider sells which have been only a small percentage of their holdings, and may have been to facilitate purchase of shares in the placement....That will be shown very soon as the placement should be closed next week.... Just the formality of the closure as all funds are recieved and it was oversubscribed... I was cut back significantley.
