This area of commentary is not a strong point for me (likely the same for most observers unless they know the track record of each individual director/insider well), but the general guessing from other area player co's on their insiders is that it is payday or individual insiders setting up for the comming run in one company or another...

One thing I can say is that many of these individuals know one another well or through others from within these and or other companies etc. and there may well be jockying for position going on in addition to the payday thing. Don't really know as I am not an insider.
