The 70,002 shares he sold Friday appear to be the 70,002 'Non-Derivative' shares he acquired on 2/21/24.  He also disposed of 75,000 'Derivative' shares with the same Form 4.

Sorry, but I'm not familiar enough with these kinds of stock transactions to explain any details.  My assumption is he exercised 75,000 options on 2/21 to acquire the 70,002 shares.
