A form 144 was filed by Nicholas Hemmersley on 3/22 4:45 EST. which seems to say he is selling 70,002 shares. Aggregate market value: $29,155.83. Sorry I don't know how to provide a link, but it appears in my regular news on Schwab. Anyone know why a board member would be selling shares now? It also says somewhere that he does not know any material adverse information. I hope not!
