I confess to being no expert on the legalities of drone flying. However, in regards to using a drone to enter private property, they are different than airplanes and helicopters. Airplanes and helicopters are less invasive. Drones, however, can be used imprudently to spy on people, invading their privacy. Most communities have laws prohibiting privately operated drones from flying over private property, though they may fly along public streets and parking areas used for public purposes.
