I'm not brainy either, but I'm guessing those in control of the BOD suddenly could take no more of BG.  I could offer some guesses as to why - things I've shared here about why I objected to his "leadership?" - but I could also miss the mark, so I will not repeat any of those things.

In any event, I am grateful he is gone and wish the company the best of luck as they look to bring new talent to the BOD, advisory board, and executive offices.
