The 10/16 filing seems to indicate there is a new Board, with only three members:

Liberty Star announces the newly elected Board of Directors: Pete O’Heeron, Nicholas Hemmerly and Saleem Elmasri.

Looks like BG, Gordon, and Guarnera are out (as directors or any form of management).

The filing also states:

The Company currently has three directors and three officers.

However, it only lists O'Heeran and Madaris as officers - does not show three.  No one is listed as President.

The 10/17 filing show PO now owns over 50% of all shares - obviously he is now in total control.

If only we knew why he has taken this position - he certainly would not have done that if he thought there was no future for LBSR.  Question would be who will benefit - all of us, or just him.
