I think you guys are overly optomistic.  From a management standpoint, I don't see a sensible company coming in, looking at the our history, seeing that we kicked out a reputable geologist that knew the area backwards and forwards and brought in an attorney to run our company, and saying, 'Wow - let's put a few million into this baby'.  They're going to wonder why the company leadership couldn't work together to get things accomplished.
