However, should LBSR be approved for a listing in Canada, the odds for that will improve.  That does not mean I expect a JV will happen, only that the chances for that will have improved.  And the shares will be exposed to millions more individual investors.

I would expect structural changes to the company before they get approved for listing the stock in Canada, so watch for news in this regard if the request should get that far.   So, I would recommend watching for such news before getting too excited, not that I would anyway.   I am not interested in LBSR for drilling at RRC.  Hay Mountain is my only remaining interest after other claims were dropped.
