A quick check at the SEC Web site shows that BIG beneficially owns 11 percent of LBSR, followed by PO at 7.7 percent.  I did not find reports on any other such significant ownership among insiders.  Also, there appear to be no institutional owners except for 700 shares held by Captrust Financial Advisors.

I'm not sure who Captrust is.  I would guess that they were investors from long ago and 700 shares is what remains after sales and the RS of nearly three years ago.  Having said that, I welcome being corrected and with thanks.
