I'd like to think that insider purchases show some confidence in the company's (near?) future. For example, would Patricia Maderas buy 150,000 shares if she didn't expect some success soon? And Pete O'Heeron owns 10% of the shares according to a recent filing. I have not seen any figure for BG, but he might also own 10%.
