Personally,  if he thought LBSR was not going to be successful, I think he wouldn't have raised it, at all (even if not by name). The fact that he has personally put so much money into the company, and converted that into shares, is also encouraging. Perhaps he didn't feel the need to tout LBSR because he thinks things are proceeding in due course. Wishful thinking, for sure. But could be the case.
