The ONLY thing good here has been done already by James Briscoe at great expense agin the only good (things/many)  have already set Hay Mountain up for greatness, all by the HAND of JAMES BRISCOE.  We could splain this in the very easiest terms of understanding as to what is happening as in days past by,  its called "CLAIM JUMPING"  men got shot and killed by the dozens back then 1800's early 1900's, when there was no Sheriff around, and you can"t blame the miners at all.  But today we have the absence of the "SEC" which is the same as having no SHERIFF available to secure the Pink Stock Market, the OTC Mkt.
