And- speaking of reality- it ironic that Gross- after treating Mr. Briscoe so miserably- usurping his position, making it impossible for him to remain on the BOD and, of course, harrassing him with the ludicrous but costly lawsuits- just to mention a few of his misdeeds- is now trotting out work commissioned and guided by Mr. Briscoe- most recently- the SRK report- from many years ago- as if it were his own great new discovery. It is, certainly, an important report- however it only points up Gross's failings. As Mr. Briscoe was told directly by Ms. Hoag, it's primary author- "Jim- you've already done everything (all needed exploration and investigation). Don't do anything else. Just drill."

Whereupon Mr. Briscoe continued the long drawn out permitting process in preparation for that drilling. That arduous process was finally completed- and that's where BG comes in. Ignoring the SRK recommendations he is now flashing around- he has done this and done that- except for the one thing that was recommended- drilling.

So- Brett- if you want to appropriate that SRK report as your own- do what it says and stop wasting the shareholders' time and money, using your new crew of near-do-well cronies to generate useless new reports- rehashing decades old data while rooting around in second rate areas like Robbers Roost and Red Rock Canyon.

Instead- follow SRK's advice and start drilling Hay Mountain!
