I am going  to take the wait and see approach as far as any new administration and which way they will sail their ship! I do not want to put the cart before the horse. 

I recall repeatedly I asked those questions as to why we couldn't get a deal done in the very favorable conditions of the last few years! I believe we all pretty much know the answer there! Still does not make a lick of sense to me though!
