There is another potential for a resolution of sorts.  The SEC could step in to investigate certain allegations expressed here and elsewhere.  If they do, their findings could result in constructive changes, or an order to dissolve the company, ...or nothing at all.  

No matter.  Clearly, in my opinion, nothing of consequence will be happening for this company in the near term.

I'll keep watching, but I've been focusing my attention elsewhere of late.  Good luck to the longs.
