The letter from Jim Briscoe speaks for itself. The fact that it was removed- most likely at the behest of BG via Tracy speaks volumes. I guess the truth can be painful for some to see or know it is seeing the light of day.
Maybe the company needs some of that "detox" that was just advertised in that maybe not so off topic scam ad that was also just removed.
As for the law suits- as I have repeatedly said- they are destructive impediments to any progress this company might otherwise make- and- ironically- we shareholders get to pay for them. Great decision making, Brett. Is this how you honor your fiduciary duty?
Since the law suits were conceived and initiated by BG, to serve no purpose other than his pique- they can be just as easily be resolved. It requires no negotiations or deal making with JB. They can simply be dropped. Period. It requires nothing of JB. BG can unilateral ly drop the law suits at any time. Since they serve no purpose other than to service BG's apparent disturbed need for a vendetta at our expense- he can immediately drop them. Will he do so? Most likely not. Putting the company's and shareholder's best interest ahead of his own petty desires has never been Brett Gross's strong suit.
