I've not looked in a long time as I have trouble navigating the Web site and finding details (and I don't care to spend a lot of time doing so anyway).  However, you can check for lawsuits on file in Pima County, AZ.  My understanding is that BG has filed multiple suits against JB and JB has filed at least one countersuit.  Of these, some or parts of some may have been resolved, altered, or refiled.  As I said, check for yourself for active matters.
