What "multiple" lawsuits are you referring to?  I only know of the one against JB.


On that note, isn't it likely that this/these lawsuit(s) have to be taken care of before any investor steps in?  I certainly wouldn't invest in anything until legal matters were resolved.


Are the courthouses still closed?  Are the cases scheduled?   THAT is our timeline I'd think.
