The "Deal" is in JBs pocket. He has it... just need him to have the power to bring it to fruition. 

Tracy, why isn't JB being given the chance by this BOD to get his deal done?? It seems he is light years ahead of the CAs that we have in our hands in the time being! At least a conversation on what can be achieved by him should be in order!
