Who really cares?  The likelihood for our having any understanding as to the potential profitability of Robbers Roost in any reasonable timeframe as measured from now is grossly inconsequential.

Why do you keep bringing up such stuff?  ...feeling inadequate, maybe?  Seems that way to me.
