That sums it up pretty nicely.  The advantage Hay Mountain has over Robbers Roost is that the likely skarn deposit (on top of the deeper copper porphyry) is likely to be very near the surface, so let's get drilling there if we are going to focus on copper.  There will be plenty of time later to pick up claims abandoned by TMBXF and/or James Briscoe.  

Still, I can't help but think that it is time for a left turn to focus on gold, which should be quicker and cheaper to prove-up if ore is there to be found.
