Why would a CEO pass on an opportunity at finances needed to achieve a certain goal for the company? Possibly waiting on a better deal. But a drowning man isnt going to wait on the pretty woman to swim out and take him in her arms, he will take a life line thrown to him by anyone, even someone he doesnt like, even his enemy.

Corruption and kickbacks are becoming sickenly common in America. Not saying such is the case here because theres simply no evidence of such. However, when that gray feathered bird has been known to nest with a whole flock of other gray feathered birds who were known to imbibe the bottle of worm corruption, you begin to look for glass on the ground. Either that or the bird that thinks he is an eagle is really a Cuckoo bird.
