Please tell me the history of how JB elected the BOD's. Were all of them voted in by the shareholders? Was BG elected by shareholders? how about our other president Larry Liang (sorry if I got that wrong) elected by the shareholders? If not why do you set certain standards for BG and not the same for JB?

To be fair these same standards should have always be the same.
