Duh!  Why else would there be any "expression of interest".  You are grasping for the kind of straw not usually thrown out to the sheeple by mining companies.  Experienced investors in this sector would read wordsmithing like this and find it a turnoff.  I do!  ...speaks to what management thinks of you, IMO.
