that would be nice, if it turns out to be true.  However, I do find it disturbing if, as JB said directly in his letter, Mr. Gross flatly refused to consider any of the offers that JB brought to the table from interested parties.  HKipp and others correctly stated in a few posts that all offers should be considered regardless of whether they come to JB or BG.  I am willing to be open to offers that came to BG, but it doesn't appear that the reverse is true.  How do we know we are choosing from among the best offers?

Bottom line, if JB is to be believed, and I do tend to believe him, Mr. Gross is operating out of pure pettiness and vindictiveness and not in the shareholders' best interest.  Consider all offers, not ignore all that come through Jim Briscoe.
