Wait, what's wrong with that forward-looking statement? 

Did not BG insist many months ago that we had to await higher copper prices before engaging with potential partners? 

If he believed that then, how can he anticipate engaging potential partners now, given that copper continued lower from that time and is now at a 3-year low?

Besides, when was the last time anyone read about a major producer entering an exploration-phase project with any company having only a blind, or mostly blind target?  Many decades ago, I would say.  Our sights need to be set on smaller scale explorer-producers.
