As to "Forward-Looking Statements", the title introduces a plan in such a way as to make it a legal escape clause for not accomplishing what a company wishes to do.  It is a wish list.  It is always nice to read exciting plans, but they quite often do not mess with unfolding reality, most especially among exploration-phase miners (to say nothing of those dealing with blind targets).
