Majors are doing greenfields all over the world. They are using state of the art tech, like ztem, and they have teams of highly trained geophysicists doing the work. I believe BHP has its own geoscience dept, and Rio said recently they have more greenfield targets now than they've had in decades. Majors seem desperate for new deposits, tier 1 or otherwise. They'll JV and/or explore on their own, whatever it takes to find new resources... esp copper, where they all see tremendous future demand. That doesn't seem to be our problem.
