I agree.  But we have interests thinking they, "...prefer an actual businessman and attorney to structure a proper JV." 

There is no evidence to date that they are at all capable of doing that, none.  It does not happen much at all in this sector anyway, especially with complex, blind or nearly blind targets.

They (and by extension, the rest of us) are only treading water before going under.  Nothing of consequence has happened by anything initiated from our officers of the last 13 months, at least not as far as I can tell.  I'd prefer to spend our last bit of energy and treasure on finding an entirely new board of directors, one having the capabilities and resources needed to bring on the drills.

In my opinion, anyone who thinks otherwise is merely crossing their fingers and hoping for the best.  Good luck with that!
