LSC already exists to hold Hay Mountain apart from the rest of the company. It is now a subsidiary of the newly registered LSM. LBSR, as a Nevada registered corporation, is going bye-bye, though the stock trading symbol for LSM will remain LBSR.
In other words, merely a change in DBA. Does that about sum it up?
