Yep. Four announcements in 2 months. Before that we went several months not hearing a thing. Wondering...why make this announcement after hours on a Friday? Why not first thing before hours on Monday? Maybe reading too much into it but maybe they needed to get this announcement out BEFORE big news next week?? One could only hope so.
