Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
I don't mean to sustain this topic because it is so repellant. But because it is so ill conceived and destructive, I can't help but comment. I too remember JB vowing that he would never do an R/S again. The last one got us no where and if done again, it would have the same outcome. Without news of drilling or a deal, nothing will sustain the share price, whether at the current share structure, or some fraction thereof. Likewise, with important news, the PPS will smartly and very dramatically rise without any change in the share structure. That's why- as repeated ad nauseum- the only cure is drilling. We have the goods- it just needs to be drill proven. The PPS will not be sustained through any artificial means. But, unlike some fake and worthless companies- that really do have no underlying or intrinsic value- this company has vast but vastly undervalued riches. So it does not have to rely on an only means available to raise the share price- that through artificial manipulation. Instead, it has a one and only means to raise its share price and become solvent- namely- to demonstrate and prove its value though drilling.
To artificially restructure would be the worst possible disaster for all involved. The briefly and futiley raised PPS would quickly return to its current value- even with fewer available shares- and we shareholders would be left with some fraction of our previous shares- soon each share being worth close to what it is worth now- but then each holding a smaller fraction of them- thus instantly reducing the value of our investment by a similar fraction. More importantly, even if future drilling were to take place, it is exceedingly unlikely that the PPS would ever rise to a level that would make up for the reduced number of shares. Not even close. Everyone would loose in the process.
Instead- if you want to raise the PPS and restore the company- DRILL. Immediately. At any and all cost. But DRILL!
