I don't think tha a reverse split will happen.. I remember Briscoe saying that he would never do that.  It's not a good idea anyways, as, if the stock is in a downward slide, giving a larger number only gives it more room to slide.

I'm guessing that they have bills to pay and are letting a lot of the reserve go cheap for a while to keep things running.
